At Normann we have specific individuals, called Service Coordinators, whose entire job is to provide you with the best people available. A Service Coordinator's job is to recruit, interview, evaluate, dispatch, and supervise our temporary employees.

At Normann we use the Temporary Service Industry's number one skill testing system. We currently test applicants on the latest versions of business software that is used in the companies in our area. Whether it is word processing, data entry, presentation graphics, spreadsheets, or operating systems, we say they can do it only when they have proven they can to us on our computers. Data entry tests can be customized specifically to match your needs. Your company can also arrange for testing of your candidates for a separate charge. Scoring can also be customized to eliminate applicants who do not meet the standards you set.

Light Industrial Applicants are given a psychological profile which predicts potential drug abuse, theft, and work place violence. These applicants can also be given a pegboard manual dexterity test. Drug testing and criminal background checks are available at reduced rates through our suppliers.
